Had to wait nearly two hours to get a car because the fuel type I reserved wasn't available.

The car was handed over to us without any inspection. During the 41-day rental period, we had to return to the store twice due to vehicle malfunctions. The waiting time at the store was several hours, and the replacement vehicles were progressively older. The staff at the store had a very bad attitude!

The process of picking up and returning the car was smooth.

I waited almost an hour to pick up the car. I rented two identical cars, but was only given one of the reserved models. The other one, which was said to be the same class, was significantly shorter, making it very inconvenient. The car was handed to me without being cleaned, and the rear air conditioning was very poor in the hot California weather. The windshield wipers did not work properly, and the car lacked power. If I didn't compare the two cars side by side, it might have been fine, but the differences were too obvious. I requested a car change three times, but there were no available vehicles. Very disappointed, it seriously impacted my trip.

The service was alright, but they kept pushing for upgrades to luxury cars and insurance. Besides, the car selection was limited. They advertised a Nissan Altima, but only had South Korean Hyundai cars.
