She asked about our luggage, and I said two large bags, one small bag, and a stroller. She hesitated for a moment and then said she'd upgrade us to a Land Cruiser for free.
There were issues with overcharging and unauthorized fees during both pick-up and drop-off. When picking up the car, they claimed we hadn't paid the one-way rental fee and demanded an immediate payment of AUD 230.52 to proceed. Half an hour after returning the car at Adelaide airport, an additional charge of AUD 34.16 was inexplicably made to our credit card.
