The service was pretty good. I originally booked a Prado and was looking forward to it, but when I got there, they said it wasn't available and gave me an Isuzu instead. I was a bit disappointed at first, but the car looked pretty cool, it was clean and tidy, and had driving assistance. It was easy to drive and accompanied me for 12 days. Thumbs up.

The service from the New Zealand lady was markedly different for Chinese customers compared to foreign customers. Her expressions, language, and attitude completely changed. We had a question about an insurance fee, and she was extremely impatient and asked the Chinese-speaking gentleman nearby to translate instead of explaining it herself.

No queues, very quick. The vehicle was in excellent condition. The Corolla was easy to drive and fuel-efficient. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient and quick. During pickup, the staff member James was very patient in explaining New Zealand's traffic rules. This self-drive trip was perfect!

The service was excellent. With the order, the procedures were completed within about 10 minutes; the vehicle was very new with just over 18,000 kilometers; returning the car was also very convenient. As soon as I parked and unloaded my luggage, an employee came to inspect the vehicle and printed the receipt on the spot. Had I known returning the car was this easy, I wouldn't have arrived at the airport so early.
