Hyundai Veloster 2.0 Great car. I felt I got more than an economy car.

The service was great, the contract was quickly sent to my email, and the hostess was very nice. There were no other sales pitches throughout the process.

It was okay, but the store clerk's attitude was average. They almost made me buy extra insurance. Good thing I carefully read the contract, otherwise, I would have been scammed due to my poor English.

During broad daylight, there were only two staff members handling the procedures. It took over an hour of waiting in line for my turn. They started pushing various insurance plans, but as I had already purchased comprehensive insurance from Zuzuche and additional insurance from Ping An, I politely declined. The staff member immediately became unfriendly and angrily lectured me, saying that I should just say: 'Nothing' in the future. After the rental ended, I received an unexplained charge a few days later. I'm currently in communication with Zuzuche about this. I advise everyone to avoid this company if possible!

I returned the car with a full tank, but they still charged me $57 for fuel and made me call customer service myself. Only refunded $51. Previously, they even tried to scam me by saying their fuel was cheap and to return the car with an empty tank. Absolutely shameless.
