During broad daylight, there were only two staff members handling the procedures. It took over an hour of waiting in line for my turn. They started pushing various insurance plans, but as I had already purchased comprehensive insurance from Zuzuche and additional insurance from Ping An, I politely declined. The staff member immediately became unfriendly and angrily lectured me, saying that I should just say: 'Nothing' in the future. After the rental ended, I received an unexplained charge a few days later. I'm currently in communication with Zuzuche about this. I advise everyone to avoid this company if possible!

The staff was responsible and patient in helping us select a vehicle, but they constantly tried to sell us a full tank of gas and road assistance, which was quite annoying!
