Overall, I am quite satisfied. Since I purchased full insurance on the platform, I didn't need to buy it at the car rental office. They just blocked 800 euros on my card. The process went smoothly.
It turned out to be Europcar. There were cheaper options with other small rental companies, but I chose a big brand to avoid hidden fees. However, it was the same! At the counter, I explicitly told them I didn't need insurance as I had purchased it domestically. The representative smiled and agreed. Later, she said she upgraded our car for free but never mentioned we would be charged for it. In the end, we received a bill for thousands, including upgrade and insurance fees!
We were supplied a fiesta instead of a Leon, and the car was in amazing condition and had great specs and optional extras added such as sat nav, CarPlay and parking sensors, aswell as heated sets and heated steering wheel. very pleasant experience Throughout
