Qeeq needs to make it clearer that Target Rent at Pisa is not where all the other car hire operators are based and not to follow the signs to car rentals but pay close attention to the directions on the voucher. Target Rent is actually closer to the Terminal exit than where every other operator is based. The directions were otherwise just about adequate once we realise they were not based in the normal, purpose built area for car hire.

The car was very good and the staff where very helpful. The Location was off site and at night I was asked to check a hire car in the dark for damage.
Fortunately the car was undamaged and no issue when returning but I did feel happy taking a car which i couldn't inspect in some light other than my iPhone.

Some confusion initially!
We were not pleased with the service if Target Rent. We did not get a VW Golf as we had reserved but a Susuki(it does not matter as such but the boot volume was much smaller which made it more difficult with a stroller).Our plane was over an hour late which brought us to Target Rent one minute before closing time at 10pm.They were informed about this.Still charged us with an additional 61 euros because by the time of processing it was past 10pm.When we returned the car,we thought it was in excellent condition (we had filled it up,washed it)-however Target Rent would have liked us to vaccuum clean it inside.But because we had filled up more gasoline than requiered they did not charge us. We were really disappointed!
