El auto reservado no lo respetaron, me dieron uno varias categorías mas bajas y no me dejaron rentarlo a menos que pague un seguro adicional con ellos.
Para la devolución no estaba el personal disponible en el mostrador y a la fecha no me han depositado el fondo retenido.
Overall satisfied. It would be better if the procedures were simpler, like some other companies, without the need to fill out and confirm so many documents. The language barrier makes it hard to understand what is written.
