Bus shuttle didn't come in 30 mn despite 2 calls and confirmations that the bus will arrive in 5 mn. Pick up location was correct. Had to take a taxi. We lost 1 hour.

Europcar staff at collection point is good and helpful, however the collection point was confusing as it was off airport.

The off airport pickup point was pretty confusing as the instruction wasnt very clear.
The staff at the phone helpdesk was quite helpful but was refer to a wrong location and spend quite long moving around to get the correct location.

U guys really need to work on ur counter, they are not friendly, slow in responding customer, and ur booking process awfully long.
When returning car, no attendance at ur office at 9 am, eventhough clearly stated that office hour 8:00 to 16:00
Better experience with Europcar when booked through Easyrentcars.com
