Extremely smooth and quick

The counter staff used every method to sell us insurance. They showed displeasure when we declined and even said we couldn't rent without it. Eventually, we resolved it by contacting the rental company. When renting a car in the USA, be extra vigilant and do not buy extra insurance; it's quite expensive.

No Chinese service. The staff is overly persistent in upselling insurance, which is uncomfortable.

The staff was responsible and patient in helping us select a vehicle, but they constantly tried to sell us a full tank of gas and road assistance, which was quite annoying!

This trip to the U.S., I rented twice from Dollar. The first time from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and the second time from San Francisco to Los Angeles. We had an accident during the first leg, but since we were rushing for a flight, they simply gave us a form to fill out the accident details, which was very efficient. However, during the second rental return, despite no accidents, we were asked to take a form a long way to the front desk. The front desk attended to three people picking up cars before helping us, even though we arrived first. This was quite unsatisfactory.
