Terrible

Had a tough time finding the location in the airport. The location is really not close to the airport and that added more time to pick up. I didn't get the Nissan Rogue as booked but a jeep which is technically an upgrade but inconvenient. The tank was half full which was always a problem for me as I didn't know how much to fill. The folks at the counter were friendly and so also the person who dropped us.

They did not have the type of car I rent so they gave us a larger car that makes spend more money in gasoline

Waited a LONG time to get the car. Apparently the employees were on break in the back room and couldn't be bothered by the long line at the desk.

The counter staff were imbeciles. Had no idea what they were doing. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Couldn’t provide any paperwork or contact info because the printer was broken. Told me to contact MY insurance if the vehicle broke down. Didn’t know their own policies. Totally useless.

Dislike: The reservation did not say the shuttle name Route. I was looking for Essy Car Rental. I waited 45 min until I asked what color the shuttle was and they told me look for Route,
