Rented a car in Zurich for a 7-day self-driving trip in Switzerland, returned it at Geneva airport. Overall experience was excellent. Pay attention to routes when driving in the city.
Not bad. Chose this company because its brand is close to HERTZ and EURO CAR but with better pricing. However, the remaining cars available were all Japanese models which I'm not fond of.
4WD booked was a 2WD in the parking lot, eventhough at key collection it was (re)confirmned to be a 4WD. Enterprise did give a discount afterwards, but would have preferred to be a as booked.
The tone of voice was friendly and helpfull.
