Scam company. I rented a car for two days, and the bill shows I exceeded the mileage by 17,769 kilometers. They even sent me a bill asking for 8000 euros. They directly deducted my 300-euro deposit. I'm currently disputing this. Hopefully, the platform will support me.
I had two reservations, but they only recognized one. The other one required an additional fee. In the end, it cost me 300 euros more than the original reservation.
After returning the car with a full tank, Europecar still charged a refueling fee. Currently addressing this issue.
