They require a credit card deposit of 9000, which is absolutely unreasonable. Plus, it takes 30 days after returning the car to get the deposit back. Unbelievable!

I ordered on the 8th and expected the car delivery at 21:00 on the 9th. Before placing the order, I called and specified door-to-door delivery. The customer service asked me to place the order online, so I paid the full amount of 514 RMB. I confirmed the delivery address twice while ordering.
