Firstly, on the day of car pickup, I contacted the company in the afternoon to ask if I could get the car earlier (I was at the airport then). The company said to follow the agreed time, OK. But around 5 PM, the company contacted me asking if I could pick up the car earlier because their late shift staff hadn't come. However, the rental fee already included service charges for beyond business hours.
Secondly, during the usage, the car had issues. When I contacted the store staff, they asked me to contact the repair personnel myself, and when I told them I couldn’t communicate in English (the store was Chinese-speaking), they replied: 'Contact them yourself; there’s nothing we can do.' I finally had to ask a local friend for help. There was no service throughout the whole rental process.
Vickey Chia is a very nice staff who is very friendly and helpful. She was very patient to answer all my questions. When I didn’t know how to drive to petrol station from airport, she even drove and lead me to the station. I should special thank to her for all support she provided.

The location of SURIA provided on EasyRentCars was a bit confused. It shows it is available to get car from KLIA2 but actually SURIA is only located at KLIA, which mislead me to cancel and reorder.

The car that I ordered wasn't available at that moment and the customer service is kindly upgraded me to the next level which is very nice. Car is very clean and in great conditions. Process is very easy and very smooth except in their system it didn't register that I already pre-purchase full all inclusive insurance and they asked me if I want to denied the insurance. But once I show the proof everything is good to go.
They didn't give me expected car. They featured new model of Honda City or similar but instead they gave me older vios.
