The receptionist, named Claudia, had a very poor attitude and gave us a manual transmission vehicle while charging us for an automatic Audi Q7. After nearly two hours of negotiation, we finally received an automatic Japanese car at a reduced rate. By this time, it was already midnight, and my three-and-a-half-year-old child had been waiting in the cold for almost two hours. I want to know if this issue stems from miscommunication between QEEQ and Hertz, or if QEEQ sold us a non-existent model. I expect an explanation from QEEQ.
