From the time my plane landed until I was in a car, TWO hors had passed. There was over a 45 minute wait for the shuttle alone. This was a quick trip into and out of Orlando, which made a delay like this totally unacceptable. I also had to call my insurance company to prove that I didn't need their expensive insurance.

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

Had to wait about 10 minutes at MCO for the airport, and once we got to Routes it was another 10 minute wait, then I was on my way. Got a free upgrade. For the price I paid the overall experience was great.

Dislike: Nothing everything was good

Like: Nice vehicles and awesome service.
Dislike: When location at airport is not very clear who's renting out the vehicles. On email need to give more specific details about how to go about the rental.
