Great price but inconvenient, wouldn't use this service again for that reason. Just pay the money

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

it was not easy to find the shuttle; although all companies outside airport had same space for pickup; other companies were running more shuttles with fewer clients, yours was quite full ; which meant that more people appreciated the price offered;

Lady we set rental up with EXTREMELY RUDE, left us at counter 20 minutes, no explanation. Talking down to us entire time. VERY high pressured and RUDE

Waited a LONG time to get the car. Apparently the employees were on break in the back room and couldn't be bothered by the long line at the desk.

Jeep was full of Sand and seats had what looked like ice cream spilled on them. Jeep was not washed. Looked like it had not been serviced since it was dropped off by the person before us. I have never had such an experience with a rental. Waited at MCO for 45 minutes because we were watching for an EastyRentcars shuttle. After 3 calls, find out it says Routes on it. Then driver never said a word whole way back like he was ticked off?? Girl at counter said the place hired a third party online. Their name is Routes? Wondered why my advanced payment said international charge...Never again.
