The vehicle was a basic model. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Price drop didn’t come in to effect. QEEP was good. Had to cancel the original booking and re-book a bigger vehicle and the refund was done quicker than expected. Very happy with the service.
Mode is a local car rental company in New Zealand. The vehicle condition is average but very affordable. Booking online in advance makes the pickup process very quick, and for returns, the deposit is refunded immediately after on-site confirmation. Overall, the experience was great.
The service was excellent! During pickup, the staff patiently explained everything and accompanied me on a test drive, providing detailed guidance until I was confident driving independently. Amazing! Big thumbs up!
Came down for a funeral and I mucked up the pick-up time. Staff were helpful and sorted it out for me over the phone. Communication was clear and the whole process from booking to dropping the car back off again was super easy. It made my trip down stress free in that regards.
