Use google maps reviews of rental agencies and search by “low”.

Returning the car shouldn't be limited to the rental location, it's too hard to find! At least offer customers a second option!

Car was pretty old, with 160,000 miles on it. All four tyres were low and had to be pumped up. The paint on the hood and roof was mostly worn off. Mechanically it was fine. Car was advertised as a "6-person minivan" -- but it was far smaller than I had expected. I would call it a station wagon, not a minivan at all. I talked with BRC about exchanging it, and they were not interested. They only offered to have me pay 3x as much for a full-size van. They would not allow me to return the car early so I could rent from elsewhere.

Because rental was pre-paid, BRC would not change my reservation.

The car was great for what we wanted and staff were very helpful.

It seemed to be OK - no problems at all.

Car was great, staff were great. SAT NAV was rubbish and needed updating or THROWING OUT!

It works well, GOT SOME GREAT DEALS except when I need to contact the car rental company. without using a phone. The online does not allow me to change a date of pick up. It sends me to the phone APP BUT SOME OF US DON'T HAVE PHONE SERVICE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY...ONLY wIfI. Also I cannot use my vouchers without a phone APP.
