Good experience at a great price

I was double charges for a number of items which were not explained to me such as fees and alike. I understand your need to charge for fees but to charge me twice for them is unethical. I was told my overall cost for the rental would be $127 and I was charged twice that cost. Also, I was charged for the fuel in the vehicle prior to driving it and then charged for fuel use. This appears to be quite illegal. I will never utilize your services and will definitely tell others to do same. Your way of doing business is not going to take your company far so keep in mind that being shady is not good for business. Good luck.

Everything was quick and easy, Car was very comfortable

Signage was bad at AUS airport we went to car pickup location since thats where the signs pointed to. I had to return to the rental level where I waited in line for about 25 minutes. When I got to the counter the woman told me a cleaner went on lunch and I would have to wait an hour for one to be ready or I could get get a discounted upgrade that was ready now. I obviously objected and said my reservation time is now its not my fault things were not ready on your end. She found this unreasonable and said thats not how it works. Eventually she put me in a banged up Elantra with stained seats chipped windshield and several cracks. Last time I will use fox.

Waited too long to get car

A complete scam they bait and switch their customers. I rented a car and paid in full online, only to get to the counter and be told I needed an additional $60+ in charges. I will never rent from this company again, they are completely dishonest.
