The staff were very friendly during both pick-up and drop-off. Initially, I planned to return the car the night before my flight, but the front desk lady checked and found my flight was the next morning, so she kindly adjusted the return time to the next morning. She also guided me on how to drop off the key. Even though the fuel tank wasn't completely full when I returned the car, they didn't charge me extra. Very impressive.

I booked a 'Mid-size SUV - Edge,' but on the day of pickup, they only had a 'Tesla Model 3,' and the clerk even told me it was an 'upgrade.' Ridiculous. You can compare the prices of the two models yourself. Since there was no Tesla Model 3 listing on QEEQ, and the rental company promised to exchange the car in two or three days when one became available, I reluctantly accepted. Three days later, I went to exchange the car, and they gave me a 'Compact SUV - RAV4.' The company still refused to admit the downgrade. Both QEEQ and Dollar's official site list the RAV4 as a 'Compact SUV' and the Edge as a 'Mid-size SUV,' with the Compact SUV generally being much cheaper than the Mid-size SUV on any given date.

They kept pushing insurance, and the car was in poor condition with previous damage. The front license plate was dented, and the engine light came on after driving less than 15 kilometers. Customer service said it needed maintenance and told me not to worry but to bring it back for a replacement. During inspection, they found a small crack on the windshield which I mentioned was there when I got the car, but they still changed the car for me. The second car had a slightly better condition but still had scratches on the front. When I returned it, they noted the scratches and just asked me to sign and leave without mentioning any additional charges. Not very reliable, but it's a budget option.
