Avis Car Rental through QeeQ Easy booking process and easy pick up of clean very good car.

The car provided by the rental company was quite different from what we booked. We reserved a Toyota Camry but ended up with a hybrid RAV4. That said, we drove it for over 10 days and only had to refuel a few times, which is great considering how expensive gas is in the U.S. these days. We extended the rental for another two days because our plans changed, which cost us quite a bit more. To be fair, that's on us for not planning better, but they could improve by offering a uniform rate for extensions beyond a certain number of days. Instead, we ended up paying a steep extra charge—haha, nothing we could do about it.

Booked a baby seat but had to pick it up at a different location, which was inconvenient.

1. The location was easy to find, instructions were very clear when booking the car. 2. The process of renting and returning the car was very simple, especially returning the car. Initially, I thought it would take some time, but an African American guy just walked around the car, checked the dashboard (probably to see if the fuel was full), and then said OK, and it was done.

The waiting time was quite long!
