The vehicle was very dirty inside with alot of external damage.
Green motion accidently charged me for an additional day prior to the vehicle return (the return date on qeeq was correct on the signed vehicle contract).
They promised to refund me and never did. Luckily qeeq assisted with refunding me

Green Motion is a scam company. We rented a car at London's airport in the UK, and already purchased insurance on a domestic rental website. However, when picking up the car, they insisted that our insurance didn't count and required us to buy their insurance. They said if we didn't, even a 1 cm scratch would cost us 800 pounds. We had no choice but to be ripped off by Green Motion. It didn't stop there. We did get a speeding ticket while driving in Liverpool. Green Motion emailed us and sent the police ticket, stating they don't care about the police fines, but they charge a 68-pound administration fee. We had to pay. After paying the admin fee, the police emailed us the next day asking for a 100-pound fine, which we paid. That was somewhat normal, but a month later, Green Motion took another 68 pounds from our credit card. We emailed them asking why, and they stated it was for a second fine, although there was no evidence or police ticket. After that, we had to cancel our credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges from Green Motion. This company is a total scam. We'll never rent from them again.
I booked a Passat on the website, but upon arrival, they said they didn't have that model and only had a Citroen C5 (not sure if I remember correctly) of a similar size. This should be promptly communicated by email after the order is confirmed.
1. Extremely long wait to pick up car. More than 90 mins. Staff don't seem interested in processing the customers quicker.
2. Uncomfortable waiting area with no seats. I had a family of 4 with 2 young children just left to hang around the road side of the hotel drive thru, in the cold, for 90 mins.
3. Service staff tried to charge me more for the car. Very different from the fee listed on the email from Easyrentcars.com. Tried to give me reasons as to why he should charge me more until i showed him the email from your side that states the exact amount i was supposed to pay.
4. Car return: Person checking the car was unfriendly and picked on areas which were not previously recorded on the handover list when i drove the car off. When i tried to reason, he said someone from the customer service team will contact me.
5. I just saw thousands of dollars charged on my credit card statement for damages with NO communication on what these charges are. Very unprofessional of the car rental company and leaves a very sour after taste for the customer.
You guys need to put a warning somewhere for customers trying the service for the first time and unknowingly get sucked in due to the low charges advertised on your site. These negative experiences brings your reputation down together with the car rental company.

It took a long time to pickup the car at customer service. Main delay was due to my CDW status. I was informed that when I booked via Easyrentcars I had not sign any Collision Damage Waiver and was asked to pay for the additional insurance. This was a shock to me as my credit card (Visa) had always covered my CDW and I have never had any problems with booking cars before. Green Motion informed me that my booking via Easyrentcars required Collision Damage insurance as there was no WAIVER. I had to resolve this dispute with the manager who reluctantly provided me with a waiver form to fill out and I avoided the additional CD insurance costs. My suggestion would be for Easyrentcars to clarify the CDW status on the booking screen to avoid any confusion with the rental company even though the included basic insurance indicates Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Waiver and Third Party Liability protection.
