When I arrived at KLIA2, I called and a staff member came to pick me up at the arrival gate. A message about the lending procedure was sent to my smartphone the day before, and it was easy to understand.

The drop-off location was KLIA, but it was easy to understand as images and directions were sent to me in advance via WhatsApp. The staff was also very responsive when I dropped the car off.
Difficult to find the rental car pick up location. No signs in airport. We walked around for 20 to 30 minutes before we found someone who knew where to direct us.
The car broke down upon arrival in Genting Casino basement carpark. Radiator hose connection burst. Waited over 4 hours to have it repaired nearby. The mood was spoiled.
