Since we arrived at Frankfurt Airport early on a Sunday morning, there was only one staff member working. Our reservation was for 10 AM, but we didn’t want to wait for over an hour. We directly approached the car rental staff and asked to pick up the car early. To our surprise, he was very happy to assist us. He explained all relevant details clearly with no upselling of any services, and we successfully got the car ahead of schedule. The return process was also very simple and smooth, and the pre-authorized deposit was refunded on the same day! No excessive promotion of any products! The return procedure was very seamless as well! In the future, we will definitely consider Eurocar as our first choice for car rentals!
Originally arranged to pick up the car at T2, but it was closed, so I had to find a way to get to T1. When I arrived, there were a ton of people. My scheduled pickup time was 8 AM, but I had to wait in line for 3 hours to get the car. Moreover, the car I received had scratches, and there was no one at the site to report this to. The overall experience was extremely poor! When picking up the car, it already had scratches, and there was no staff on-site. When returning the car, they claimed the scratches were caused by us. Luckily, I recorded everything during the pickup.
Fairly satisfied. There was a minor issue with the car's tire during the trip. I called customer service, and later at another city's rental location, the car was replaced. The issue was resolved relatively smoothly.
Very satisfied, convenient, and fast, no different from domestic services. The store is not far from the underground parking area, just a few minutes walk, and an elevator ride away. They didn’t have the Volkswagen T-Roc I reserved but gave me a Skoda with over 3,000 kilometers, not sure of the model, but it was very new. It had a rear view camera, radar, navigation, everything you could need. I felt it was better than the car I reserved. The power was also very good, and the key point is the fuel consumption is really low, averaging five liters per 100 kilometers.
I was two and a half hours late to pick up the car and was told the vehicle was no longer available. Communication with customer service was unhelpful (they said it was my fault for not reading the rental terms). I had to negotiate with the car rental company myself, and they finally resolved it (originally rented at Terminal 2, but they contacted Terminal 1 where a car was available).
