Very satisfied, upgraded to a Mercedes A200. The rental staff were very enthusiastic, escorted me to the car for handover on-site, and kindly pointed out several parking locations for returns. I’ll rent from this company again if I get the chance.
The car had gps and black box was not informed of this so was a little disappointed that I could only move at 70 miles an hour on the motorway overtaking lorries was a nightmare and middle lane hoggers
Please don't try to trick people by scaring them about insurance. Most people have comprehensive travel insurance and when they say they don't need your insurance you shouldn't proceed to scare them that it is not enough.
trying to upgrade people to another car for Inflated prices is not good. I was offered an upgrade if I paid £15 a day _ this is more than I paid for the car I hired! I was told it woukd be more economic as it was diesel!!!! We didn't use more than 15 pounds of petrol a day.
