The staff at the Hertz branch at Zurich Airport were super friendly. Although they didn’t provide the car we reserved, the first car they gave us was too small to fit our luggage. So we paid an extra 100 Swiss francs to switch to a larger one.
Very good and efficient. This time, the staff at the store provided me with multiple options, including the choice of a slightly lower-grade car and offering free insurance for a second driver. I ultimately chose this car model. The car is very new, with only 2,000 kilometers on it and equipped with GPS.
Everything else was good, but picking up the car involved a long wait in line.
