The service was good, with patient explanations and no forced upselling. The only dissatisfaction was the scratched paint on the car, for which they charged me 4000 AUD for damages.
The GPS malfunctioned during use, couldn't return the car at night, had to make another trip in the morning. Tire pressure was low, causing a driving hazard, windows were dirty, lots of noise inside the car, no Chinese service, and the fuel tank was not full!
The wait time was quite long. I had reserved an SUV, but was informed I would have to wait an hour to get the car. After an hour, there was still no car available. In a rush to get to the Great Ocean Road, I had to agree to switch to a Camry. The rental fee was only slightly discounted. The car was relatively old and not very clean.
