Before returning the car, I filled it up with fuel, according to the contract, which stated no less than 98#. The gas station didn't have 98#, so I asked a local who happened to work for a car rental company. He said the manual in the glove box specified the required fuel type. I didn't understand it, so he directly told me to use E10. After refueling, I noted the pump number and paid at the counter. For the return, you need to drive into the parking lot from the back. I wasn't entirely sure but luckily met some friendly Africans who were returning their car and told me, 'Return? Back!' I actually understood them. Park the car in the slot to the left of the entrance, and the inspector will check it. You can leave after the inspection and get a printed confirmation of the return. I didn't request it, trusting the German people. Overall, I was satisfied with this rental experience. However, they didn't provide the specified car, and I was not satisfied with the solutions offered. The DS brand wasn't among the alternatives listed, so why was it given as an option?

I was two and a half hours late to pick up the car and was told the vehicle was no longer available.
