It was an excellent car rental experience. The car provided was a diesel, which saved on fuel costs. The vehicle was in great condition, and I had no issues during the five days of use. The return process was straightforward, and the car rental location was easy to find, right in the rental area.

The actual rental location is Europcar. When picking up the car, there were three customers ahead of me, and I had to wait for an hour. The Muslim lady staff worked very hard, but there were various unexpected issues. However, the car model was as promised, and the condition was good. It had less than 50,000 kilometers on it—a 7-seater diesel Q7. Driving it was smooth and comfortable, which made the journey even more enjoyable.

Both pick-up and drop-off were extremely quick and easy. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews online, but it turned out there was no need to be concerned at all.
