Experience and price was good except for the pick up part that took longer than anticipated

The service attitude was fine, but the car model was swapped and the vehicle's condition was average. It was barely acceptable. The wheel alignment hadn't been done, causing the steering wheel to veer right—this wouldn't be much of an issue for experienced drivers. The insurance terms were unreasonable; if you didn't purchase additional insurance, any damage would cost AUD 5500, which felt more like a betting agreement.

The service was very friendly, and the procedures were handled efficiently.

Overall acceptable. The car was quite new with just over 7000 kilometers. When I called after arriving at the airport, no one answered, so I went directly to the bus stop to wait for the shuttle, which was a very bad experience. Returning the car was straightforward; just drove into the return point. The staff didn’t say much, and I haven't received the bill yet. I'll check if there are any extra charges once it arrives.

The service was good, and picking up the car was quite convenient. However, the car wasn't very new, having already clocked 100,000 kilometers, but its condition was still acceptable.

The car was brand new and has excellent fuel efficiency. Service was good but we hated the $1000 pre-authorization on the credit card.
