Arrived early, but couldn't pick up the car early unless paying extra. No flexibility or human touch. Additional fees are required to travel to other neighboring countries.
When returning the car, it was too dark to take clear photos, and there were indeed scratches. Please make sure to take photos in a well-lit area, not in the airport parking lot. Thankfully, after explaining to the counter staff, they helped me waive the issue.
