Too many unnecessary upsells for other vehicles. Booked the car so early but it's never available, always trying to upsell you on other cars, insurance, and additional services. In the future, better to automate it and avoid dealing with people.
Had to pay an extra 45 euros because I checked in after midnight, but it was due to waiting for the previous customer to finish their procedure.
