Office is located in Terminal 1, right inside the Milan Malpensa airport. You can find Sicily by Car on floor -1, the same floor as the railway station (for the Malpensa express train). To reach counter, please leave the baggage claim area and go straight to the lifts.

    I received a Romanian made Dacia car even without parking sensor a model of 5 years a go , even if the car was new with low kilometers on the records It’s true it was saying ford siesta or similar but the Dacia even if new car was an old model All other was fine, maybe they guess I was the one to give a unwanted car , as I see other Ford Fiesta and in the similar range several cars It’s the second time I use Sicily by car the previous one was fine this time I am not really satisfied only for the car received, such car shall not new be there ! I am not sure I will use them again as with this experience I am but discouraged

    Carefully check in absolute details your vehicle conditions upon pickup, as at the return they will look for ANY paint scratch which was not documented. They did find very light scratches made by vegetation on the car which hard to spot and not noted on the original contract, luckily I had pictures of all the car body parts and could show them it was present. I suggest you heavily document the car condition using the same method, they have little leniency on ANY damage

I didn't find a gas station near the airport, so I returned the car with two fuel bars empty, thinking they would just deduct it from the deposit. The car was in good condition otherwise, but why did they charge me €74.58?! Filling up the tank only costs around €50.

    We originally booked pickup and drop-off at 10 AM, but we arrived earlier after clearing customs and went to the rental store. After communicating with the staff, they allowed us to pick up the car at 9 AM and return it at 9 AM. Although we reserved a Peugeot 3008, they gave us a SEAT instead. The car had enough space—it fit a 30-inch suitcase, two 20-inch suitcases, three carry-on bags, and a large carton, which was quite impressive. Last year, we rented a 3008 and were given a 308. During the entire rental process, they didn't push anything on me. I simply told them I had purchased full insurance through the platform. They even upgraded my car to a Volkswagen T-Cross. When returning the car, make sure to follow the GPS directions; otherwise, it's easy to miss the correct route. However, even if you make a wrong turn, Google Maps will guide you back in about five minutes, so there's no need to worry. There's a gas station near the return location, so refueling is convenient. Finally, when you arrive at the drop-off point and park the car in the designated spot, the staff will come over to inspect the car. After that, you'll just need to sign, and the process is done. Within about fifteen minutes, the pre-authorized deposit was returned to me. Overall, this car rental experience was fantastic!
