Very excellent service from online chat staff....course my driver name misunderstanding input my nickname not my passport name, your staff very professional help to solve my problem
Fast pick-up and car exchange process. They didn't say anything even though I was slightly late returning the car. However, I couldn't find a gas station at the airport and returned the car with a 5/4 fuel level, resulting in an $800 charge.
Flight got delayed and informed them.
They gave assurances that there is nothing to worry and it was indeed. All good!

Use to book at the official websites of car rentals, spend so much time and hassle going through each and everyone of them. Gave easyrentcars a shot and I am never looking back, its too easy! Now all the official car rental websites bookmark removed and replace with easyrentcars.

Vehicle broke down. We had to take the vehicle to a garage for repairs. Waited over three hours. Balance of our day was stuck in a garage waiting for repairs. Rental company didn’t have a replacement vehicle. Nothing about compensation for us. We had plans and couldn’t do them. Very disappointed
