Green Motion was not worth the savings. Terrible car, terrible service.

The car was dirty and seats were stained. Lowest end model car with limited standard features. No bluetooth, no automatic windows... very basic four wheels to get from point A to point B. The worst was that the car had 1/8 of a tank of gas when we picked it up at 9PM. We complained but there was nothing they could do. This seemed to be standard operating procedure for this place. I would not ever rent from Green Motion again. The phone number to call for pickup from airport was ringing busy for the first 10 minutes we called. We just had to keep calling back until the phone line was available. I would guess they do not have call waiting.

Easy Rent Cars was easy enough to use but the rental car experience was not worth the savings.

I am giving this store a negative review, negative review, negative review!!!!!! We rented this car for two days from this company. We've never hit or scratched the car. They have about three employees and are located on the 3rd floor of the airport. When we booked the car, it was clearly stated that we would return it at 7 am to catch an 8 am flight. On the day of return, we arrived on time, but they were not open. We called several times but got no answer. Eventually, when we got in touch, they said they weren't working yet and told us to park the car, leave the keys and contract in their mailbox. We didn't even see anyone from the company. After we got back home, in September, we received a charge saying the glass and doors were scratched, costing 3400 RMB. When we returned the car, a foreign woman with a child came up to us and said, "I shouldn't interfere, but I previously rented from this company and they charged us for no reason, so be careful, check the car thoroughly and take pictures." We heeded her warning, checked the car carefully, and took photos. God knows this small company actually charged us for nothing. They didn't even send an email or call, just directly charged us. When we asked for the reason several times, they finally sent an email with some documents that were too blurry to read. They arrogantly said since we had insurance, we should contact the insurance company with those documents. The problem was the documents were so unclear that we couldn't make out anything. We asked them to send clearer pictures several times but got no response. Still no reply as of now...

“The most terrible experience I have ever had.”

I had a terrible experience with the company since the beginning. I could not collect the car on the scheduled day. Even though I had informed on a chat, I would be arriving around midnight nobody was waiting. I tried to call for almost 30 minutes without any success then I start a chat with Easy Rent Cars and after while I was informed that the car wouldn't be delivered on that day. Because the company was closed and they weren't waiting to deliver the car. Because I had to get an Uber and pay €30 to got the hotel that was far from the airport. The car didn't have the full tank of fuel it just had 1/8 of fuel what is inconvenient for the car return. The car return was the worst experience. The person didn't Return the car, was a terrible experience where I stop the car in a place and the person took while to start to check the car and she didn't say anything about I shouldn't have parked in that place I had parked the car. She took 15 minutes complaining because of the car wasn't clean but I collect the car dirt and with low fuel. Then after show pictures, she understood that I had collected the car dirt. Then the weirdest thing happened a door hit the car and doing a small scratch smaller than 5 millimetres in the bumper of the car, but she never said I wasn't parked in the correct place to return the car she got stuck with the cleaning of the car and not with the correct parked place. Because of this issue I had to pay extra €180. She refused to give the receipt at the same time and I don't even know her name in case I need it to get a receipt.

When I arrived, some customers were being told about a €500 fine for exiting the Polish Boarder. With significant TCs such as this, there should be clear signage clearly marked in the office. Also, not all customers will speak English or Polish so TCs should be made available in all languages. You should produce high-level documents for things people need to think about before they leave in all languages - clean the car, leave the same amount of petrol, don't go over the border, do not speed etc. these can be hosted on a website. I ordered a Golf but receive a Toyota. A golf is much better and I couldn't see any Golf's in the car park so I think this was a bit misleading

Everything was excellent, except l had to pay additional tax for car washing of 10 euros. It is better to include this tax in the rental tax and not to be surprised at the time of picking up the car.
