A shallow 3 cm surface paint scratch on the front side panel costs 1183.35 NZD, which is insane, and it took EZU more than 5 weeks to provide the receipt of the repair service. 2000 NZD was charged on my credit card, of which 1183.35 NZD is still charged, and the insurance won't give any update on how the case of reimbursement is processing. Very bad experience. I don't know when I can get my money back.

Brandon was helpful, but little could he do to expedite the insurance reimbursement.
Like: The pick up and drop off to the airport was quick and the guys were friendly and efficient by getting me on the road quickly as I had a six hour journey to complete
