The store staff are mostly Indian, and their attitude towards Chinese people isn't very good. The car is an older model RAV4, not the 2019 version, and its condition is poor, making it hard to drive.

Drop off time was not made very clear by the staff in Auckland. We were told to drop off in Wellington by 4pm and therefore not realizing the vehicle had to be dropped off by 12 noon as per the booking paperwork.
Things went very smoothly for vehicle pickup and drop off. Very easy. The girl at pick up was very helpful.
They could provide better instructions to find the shuttle pickup area is the only suggestion.
