It was a very pleasant car rental experience. After landing at the airport, the directions to the pickup point for the car rental company were a bit unclear, so we ended up asking for directions to find it. Other than that, everything was perfect—they provided a free child safety seat and even gave us a phone holder.

Drop off time was not made very clear by the staff in Auckland. We were told to drop off in Wellington by 4pm and therefore not realizing the vehicle had to be dropped off by 12 noon as per the booking paperwork.

All good.

Car was old and a little bruised, however, done the job very well.

Again, easy experience and lots of good communication from you guys.
