Although we booked Honda Civic but we've got KIA Soul but the car is really new, about 1xxx KM.
Drop Off is so fast but on pick up, we need to wait for car cleaning like half an hour since I thought it has just returned to Routes. Also waiting to be picked up at the airport is quite long.

The car was booked and paid for prior to the pick up. When I got there they had no record of the booking in their system. The service lady resolved the discrepancy satisfactorily. This was the second time in 3 months I used Routes and I used it the second time because of very good experience the first time and I would use them again.
Like: They didn’t have any Kia Rio’s available when I picked up, so was upgraded to an SUV which I was very happy about! The Jeep was in excellent condition with low mileage. Quick and friendly service. I ended up needing an extra day plus had to add another driver for that day, and this was done with no problem at all. No issues on returning the vehicle at all, as in they didn’t try to rip you off. I will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in Calgary. Dislike: We had trouble finding the address. Probably because we were not paying as much attention as we should have! We put the unit # in Google maps instead of the correct address. Also I was looking for Easy Rent Cars which now I’m assuming is a 3rd party Next time I’ll know.
