As I said before I ran into a lot of problems with my cars: - first car looked reasonable but discovered later that rubber of windshield whiper was loose (not practical since it rained a lot). Furthermore car notification that car needed a engine oil now. Had to swap car - second car less comfortable and after one day received a notification of engine malfunction. Had to swap cars again. However, closest Budget location was >60 miles away. Very inconvenient and time consuming - third car was fairly new and quite good. Budget representative tried to give me a Dodge Charger first which is not a SUV at all. Eventually after waiting I was offered a good car. At the end of my trip this car also gave a notification that engine oil change was due.

Car was not cleaned properly prior to rental, particularly from outside. Their was a dent on the front left with bumper coming lose and it was not noted in the rental documents - I had to ask the security guy to ensure it was added and he later did

They made a mistake in the of returning the car and it was a big trouble contacting them to solve the problem. Even I was told to go back to the same counter where I picked up the car to solve the problem. One time I went to different location and I asked them to change the date if return, the guy this is Richmond office mistake. They have to resolve it which means I have to go them. Also they charged my visa card 100 $$ twice which mean they charged me 200$$ as total They should be refunded . I am still waiting for the refund
