Pretty good overall, but the preparation time was a bit long. I booked for 8:00 AM pickup, arrived at 9:00 AM, finished the paperwork by 9:20 AM, and was told the car would be ready by 10:00 AM. In the end, it was actually given to me at 9:45 AM. Everything else was great.

The store service was acceptable, but they miscalculated the rental days and charged me for an extra day. I went back twice to resolve it, and they claimed they had refunded me, but I haven't received it yet. They said it would take three weeks to process, so I'll wait and see.

Not bad. But they didn't proactively check for scratches on the car body when renting, only did it when returning. Luckily, I had taken photos beforehand as proof.
