I want to remind fellow renters that during the car pickup process, it’s essential to confirm with the rental office that you’re getting the exact model you requested. Since I needed space for two golf bags, I specifically chose a medium SUV, the Toyota RAV4, when placing my order. However, after completing the paperwork and heading to the parking lot with my luggage, I saw that the car was actually a small SUV. I had to carry my luggage back to the counter and communicate with them to get it changed to a RAV4. This took an additional 10 minutes, but thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved.

No matter how careful you are, there's always some kind of fees to be charged and they never tell you this, e.g. premium location charge, which was never mentioned to me neither when I booked the vehicle nor when I met the counter staff to collect the car.

Europcar gave me KIA hatchback. I thaught it should be an intermediate car (sedan). The insurance also didn't link to what i pay on easyrentcars. I was wondering what if there is a claim or somthing. It would be a difficult process.
