Felt ripped off on all fronts. The car was nice but a disappointing booking experience

When we arrived at the store, they said there were no cars available. We had two options: pay extra or wait for someone to return their car. Waiting would take 4 hours, so we agreed to pay extra. They charged us an additional $100 per day, totaling $200. For just a Polestar 2, that comes to $200 per day, which is outrageous. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend renting a car from Dollar; it's really poor.

Very convenient, took a shuttle bus directly to the pickup spot, showed my driver's license and credit card, inspected the car, and picked it up smoothly.

The service was alright, but they kept pushing for upgrades to luxury cars and insurance. Besides, the car selection was limited. They advertised a Nissan Altima, but only had South Korean Hyundai cars.

Average service, a long wait because the staff spent a lot of time recommending various services, and the paperwork did not match the actual situation (discovered later).
