I just wouldn’t book any rental in LA as all the other companies said they had the same issues.

Just not great. First time this has ever happened. We had a vehicle reserved for 5pm. Flight was delayed until 8pm. We then got told they didn’t have any vehicles at all and our contract was only a request and we got told to just wait for over 2 hours. When we dropped the vehicle off 3 days later the issues were the same with people being told to wait for up to 4 hours.
