I though it was cheap but the final cost is high which I did not expected

The pick up process took longer time and not efficient. The worker was threatening & forcing us to purchase car insurance direct from Green motion whereas we have already had one from easyrentcars

Green Morion would not take any responsibility for my booking contract as I had booked through a 3rd party. Even though Green Morion was the hire company linked to my booking. I found the staff at the check in desk with an attitude and also trying to charge me for extras which I didn’t need and what a I believe were included in my contract booking. When I went round to collect my car I asked for copies of my documents and was told they would be emailed to me. I said that wouldn’t happen as the check in member hadn’t asked or clarified any of my details. Lack of attention to detail. The manager was helpful in resolving this for me. I also had booked a manual and received an automatic which I then requested to have changed.

The car I booked and requested was not available which is always the biggest problem so I had to pay extra to upgrade the vehicle. as the one being provided in the same category was terrible

Awful liar. The counter staff cheated my husband by forcing him to buy many items which she did not mention and end up paying $2600 more, otherwise she would not let my husband take the car despite the fact that I paid the rental.

Like: Great upgrade, without being asked. Just very friendly, attentive service. Good experience
Dislike: In general that UK rental companies make it very expensive to take the car the the continent, which doesn’t apply to EU rentals.
