Counter staff excellent! On picking car up we were given an upgrade. No problems throughout the rental period. Felt very reassured by the young man on initial contact at the counter that any concerns/problems would be addressed ASAP, fortunately this was not necessary. Will definitely book europcar again.

Excellent value for money!. We took our motorhome down to Cornwall and unfortunately the car we normally tow had broken down week prior to departure. From navigating the website to picking and dropping the car off I couldn't have found it more easy. Excellent value for money, I will definitely be using and recommending Easyrentcars.com

The pick up was terrible. We couldn't fine the place, the service was extremely slow. The car was not what we booked and too small so we had to upgrade and pay more

“Didn't get the car I booked and took over an hour to collect.”

I didn't get the car I booked as they had 'overbooked'. It took over an hour to collect due to slow processes and being understaffed for the amount of collections due. Limited choice of cars left as they had overbooked. They said they couldn't even given us a partial refund as we booked with a voucher through easycar. I won't be using Europcar again.
