The driver seat was tilted and uncomfortable, eventually giving me back pain. No shuttle to the terminal us a big obstacle. I was almost late to my flight. Return address was not clear!!!

I specified an English translation document when booking. It wasn't indicated that the Zuzuche-provided translation document couldn't be used. Now I can't pick up the car. Called customer service at 4 AM, and they offered no help, saying it's my responsibility. They said they'll only list supported documents. Rented several times, first time encountering such an issue. Stuck at the airport in the middle of the night with no car. Absolutely shameless.
