Excellent -even gave me a cup of coffee while waiting to pickup car

Not helpful at the counter. Had proof of insurance but would not let us leave without purchasing their insurance!

This was the worst experience I ever had with a rental company! Car was bad. Had 50k+ miles on it. Broke down half way through the trip. Replaced it with another 50k vehicle that had its share of nicks and dings. Also forced me to buy insurance even though i personally have it!!

we waited over half hour for the shuttle and then over an hour to pick up car. there was only 1 teller serving a line up of people.

Only issue was extra long wait time at airport to be picked up. Kept on hold for loooooong time when tried to call number to make sure pickup was on way - never got a person. Otherwise, excellent experience.

Charged an additional unlisted $220 for insurance deductible.... Straight robbery. According to the counter clerk it was not an optional fee. Will never use this service agai.
