Well they only had one person at the counter. Spent 40 minutes waiting to get my car. The tire had a small leak and I had to stop twice a day to fill with air. It was not easy finding the shuttle to Green Motion.

Booking the car was simple. Wish they would have mentioned the toll fees.
Staff rude, impatient and policy as well as hidden fees not disclosed until last minute at the counter. The shuttle was a long wait in the hot weather which makes it frustrating and discouraging to have to return to the terminal and start over. Overall, it was a terrible experience for me and my family of four. We will never pick easycarrental again. Would not recommend to anyone unless he/she does not mind being deceived
I was told I needed everything. Seemed like I had no option other then to pay.
Ended up paying close to $400 dollars in one day!
for a Nissan Versa....
Was told I needed the Tolls.. which I did not end up using, Was also told I would get refunded for not using, the tolls and if no damages had occurred to the car.. still no refund
Wait time at the counter was ridiculous. Counter staff was rude. Reserved car was not available so we were given an alternate vehicle which was very dirty on the inside but after waiting so long at the counter we took it anyway. Not impressed with green motion at all.
Counter times were awful. Very slow moving considering many of your cars are rented around flight schedules.
When I got into the car I realize that there was less than half a tank of gas - but couldn't go back due tot already being behind schedule from getting the car. The girl at the counter told me that I had to bring it back filled 7/8 full... So I ended up putting in basically almost a half a tank of gas that I didn't get to use and paid extra for.
I brought it to their attention at checkout and nothing was done.

A) Difficult to find pick up location.
b) Slow shuttle
c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there.
d) Car had dents and chipped windshield.
e) Won't be using this company again. Not customer focused at all.
f) Since it took so long to check in my plans had to be cancelled.
